Hungry For Change

Think about what you eat on a daily basis. Toast and peanut butter for breakfast, take out for lunch, meat and potatoes for dinner. Potato chips and diet colas in between. Now think about what you're REALLY putting into your body.

Bleached flour, artificial flavourings, saturated fats, a plethora of chemicals you can't pronounce, and sugar.

We are living in a world where we are calorie rich, but nutrient starved. We accept heroin, cocaine, even alcohol and tobacco as drugs - but what about what's really killing us? The obesity rates are sky rocketing, along with diabetes, and what about overall unhappiness?

As a society we are rarely happy with what we have. We are starved for more and better - we need the latest technology, the latest clothes, and the latest food products to be happy. We have begun the war on "fat" but when it comes down to it, fat isn't what's hurting us. Sure, saturated fats go hand in hand with weight gain, but do we ever stop to think that "100% fat free" is little more than "100% increase in sugar"?

The talk about juicing, increasing awareness of where our food comes from, and above all else treating your "diet" using the true sense of the word. What you eat to sustain yourself - not something you use to lose weight. By changing what you consume and going back to the basics - simple things we've forgotten. Natural, healthy, straight from the garden, perishable, and full of pronounceable, delicious foods.

75,000 chemicals have been manufactured and released into our world. Is this really what we want to be consuming, let alone feeding to future generations, our your children?

For the next 2 days, you can watch Hungry For Change FOR FREE. Take advantage of this amazing opportunity and learn a little bit more about what you're putting in your body - and what you can do about it.

Just some food for thought.
